Guide how to test a transistor for begginer

 Transistors mostly have three pins configuration, there is two kind of transistor : PNP ( Posistive, Negative, Positve ) or the NPN dwhich means positive is on the center.

You can simply describe the transistor as a back to back diode.

How to detect a Bad Transistor :

 -  It's more better to use a Digital Multimeter for more accuracy.

1. Change the setting for Digital Multimeter to DIODE test " Transistor reading between pins :  .7V or .3V a typical reading for a diode".
2. Check for  reading abnormality like, low reading or maybe open reading using diode test.
