HOW TO REPAIR OR FIX A BROKEN PCB " Printed Circuit Board "

Before the cover-up procedure you need to identify the open traces on the circuit board, if you have schematics if much better.   

  Some of the repair-man or technician use leads through the traces and others use color green epoxy " http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/CW2500/CW2500-ND/1929217 " to cover-up the broken pcb or to strengthen the connection between cracks.
